This gorgeous young man is Dennis.
He was found wandering in the snow in January by a lady called Lisa in Burton near Lincoln. She took him home and fondly called him Dennis. No one would help her and so she contacted Lincoln Greyhounds. Dennis went to vets and was suffering from a bad case of demodectic mange ( this is non contagious with other dogs or humans). He weighed just under 25kg, he should be around 31-32kg. The vet said that if Lisa hadn't found him and taken him home he would have certainly have died.
Although Dennis was starving hungry, weak from cold and suffering from the mange, he is so loving and gentle! Wagging his tail and licking your face! His foster mum cried when she saw him and he went over to her and layed his head on her knee as if to say "I'm ok, please don't be sad"

Below pictured of Dennis now settled in his home.
